What kinds of businesses do we coat?
Offices, labs, and small retail spaces downtown and in Redwood Shores want floors that look clean and stand up to rolling chairs and carts. We also work in auto repair bays, retail spaces, gyms, back-of-house kitchens, and storage rooms.
What goes into a commercial system?
- Heavy grinding or shot blasting to remove old coatings and contaminants.
- Joint and crack repair so carts roll smoothly.
- Thicker build coats for wheeled and forklift traffic.
- Slip-resistant topcoats for wet or oily areas.
- Line striping and safety colors for aisles and work zones.
Slip resistance is a big part of commercial work. If you manage a workplace, OSHA's walking-working surfaces rules cover keeping floors clean, dry, and free of trip hazards.
How do we keep your business running?
We can work in phases, after hours, or over a weekend so part of the building stays open. Fast-cure products help us hand back sections sooner. For spaces that only need a durable, low-maintenance finish, polishing the existing slab can be faster still. We can also handle sealing exterior concrete around the building while we are on site.

Can you coat around equipment?
Usually we ask that movable equipment be cleared. We can coat around fixed machines and detail the edges by hand.
Do you give written quotes for property managers?
Yes. We provide a written scope with square footage, system, and schedule.
